Although John is a relatively new addition to the official team at Root, he has been in the background since the beginning, offering guidance and support when asked. In 2021, John began taking on a more active role, assisting with bringing on new patients into the practice, working at the front desk when needed and helping to strengthen the policies and procedures within the office. In 2022, John transitioned to the role of Membership Coordinator, and has been instrumental in the role out of our new model. With more than 20 years of experience in the human services and human resources fields, both in providing direct support for a variety of populations, as well as in a directorial role, John brings a valuable mix of structure, flexibility, knowledge, thoroughness and kindness to his work.
