Planning a Visit?
For your convenience, we offer both virtual and in-person clinic visits.
In-Office Visits
We’re looking forward to seeing you! If you do not have any symptoms consistent with COVID-19 and have not been diagnosed with COVID-19, we welcome you to book an in-office appointment. If symptoms exist or you believe you may have been exposed to COVID-19, call our office or schedule a virtual appointment through our Patient Gateway. While we are open for sick visits, we ask that patients test at home prior to seeing us.

Virtual Visits
We are using a secure Zoom platform for our virtual visits. You will find your unique link in the Patient Gateway under Appointments.
Preparing For Your Virtual Visit
Download and install Zoom (either the App or on a computer via zoom.us/download)
Open your Patient Gateway using Chrome, Firefox, or Safari and find the Make an Appointment
Find your appointment with Root and click on the E-Checkin box and see if there are any surveys to complete – these are important for your doctor to review during your visit!
Prepare any vital signs that you are able to do at home. You can take your pulse, check your weight, and take a blood pressure if you have a home cuff.
Click on “Begin Virtual Visit” and please remain in your doctor’s “waiting room” until the visit starts.
